Children’s Social Work Practice Manager, Safeguarding Team, Hertfordshire 
Pay rate – £42.50 per hour 
Contract roles – Safeguarding Team, Stevenage 
Assistant Team Manager / Deputy Team Manager 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Children’s Social Worker in Hertfordshire. 
There is to work in a Safeguarding Team and is at Assistant Team Manager / Practice Manager level. 

• We are looking for a Practice Manager to join East SASH, an intensive intervention team based within the Specialist Adolescent Service Hertfordshire (SASH).  

• We are looking for an experienced practitioner who has experience of supervising staff and can demonstrate initiative and ambition to lead and shape the Central SASH service and work very closely with the Team Manager.  
  -Line management responsibility for social workers & alternatively qualified staff.  
  -Provide high quality supervision for staff.  
  -Chair meetings, such as strategy meetings.  
  -Provide duty management support to the team manager.  
  -Deputise for the team manager as needed.
